At spiritual/religious level, the benefits of the Science of Letter of Lintang Kautsar study is bringing a person to spiritual knowing, and in turn, knowing of God, like what the Prophet said, "Whoever knows himself (his spirit); therefore, he will know his God." Self/spiritual knowing is predicted that it is able to improve behavior/morals and sharpen minds. Also, the objective of studying the Science of Letter of Lintang Kautsar is enjoying the studying process, which focuses on 'feeling' of enjoyment with Rosulullah Muhammad, with Allah. This enjoyment is named as Lintang Kautsar (A'Lan Niami). 

On physical side, the benefits of learning the Science of Letter of Lintang Kautsar will clean the energy channel located at the five senses and the energy channel located at latifah points, thus, the energy that will come into the 'spiritual energy container mentioned as spiritual heart' is the positive energy, which is, divine energy. Besides that, it will also activate strengths existing in the above-mentioned senses of awareness. If it is made into an analogy of a robot, therefore: The strength points are the sensors, operating system and electricity is spirit, application program is soul, body of the robot is the spiritual container (heart), and the contains of information received by the robot is the spiritual energy. The robot is able to live because of the existence of electricity and operating system (spirit), its activities can be good  due to the influences of electronic sensors and sort of (strength points/senses of awareness), and the thing running the robot is the application program (soul). Thus, a heart can be good and right if it is supported by the essence of clean physical senses and calm spiritual state oriented to the way of devotion. 

Meaning of the Science of Letter of Lintang Kautsar - Listening to the Silence

Ilmu Huruf (Science of Letter) is a science studying letters, especially hijaiyyah letters, which consists of 28 letters, applied into the spiritual living for the process of "Self Knowing". Meanwhile, Lintang Kautsar is the destination of learning this Science of Letter (self knowing), which is, achieving and feeling A'lan Niami = the Supreme Enjoyment = Wahdatul Syuhud. Epistemologically, it can be described as follows: 

Lintang = Star

Star = a shining object (radiating light not because of the reflection of sunlight and not because of the assistance of other planets) that its position is high above in the universe. Symbolically, star gives peace, beauty, quiet, and calm for those who is able to see it. The star is always shining without being asked to radiate its light. Giving little light in the darkness. In other words, by using the philosophy of "Lintang = Star", therefore we try to always utilize all capacities, whether it is material or spiritual, that have been given by Allah, destined in the way of Allah and with the ways blessed by Allah. 

Kautsar = Enormous Enjoyment

In the Scripture of Al Kautsar, it is said that, "Actually, Allah has given enormous enjoyment, therefore, establish prayers and make sacrifices; Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. will have many followers until the day of resurrection and will have a good name in the world and in the hereafter, not as what have been accused his haters (actually, the man hating him will be disconnected from all enjoyment from Allah)". Thus, the meaning and purpose of naming "Lintang Kautsar" is establishing "Thankful" upon "Kautsar" of Allah, by utilizing all capacities to be used in the way blessed by Allah to achieve the "Highest Enjoyment" (A'lan Niami). What is the highest enjoyment given by Allah to human? There is nothing than "the enjoyment of being united with Allah", because other than that is only relativities. 

Listening to the Silence

Silence is an effort to ignore all influences of outside sound coming through the sense of hearing, while the mouth tries to remain silent, not to produce any sound. Silence is an effort to hear, observe and meditate the vibration of inner sound, the sound of 'atom', that always spins counter-clockwise (thawaf spin) by mentioning 'Hu'. So, silence is annulling sound from the outside influences but not to 'divine sound'. At this level, there is still sound of dzikir, sholawat, and communication that all of them direct to the 'divine sound'. The 'divine sound' vibrates in all living forms and supports all universes. This conscious melody can heal all wounds, fulfill all needs, and satisfy all earthly thirst. That sound is full of power and love. Because we are created by that 'sound', therefore, connecting to that sound may bring peace and content in our heart. After listening to this sound, all of our body will change, all of our conception of life will change to be better. Listening to The Silence, which is imprinted on the logo, refers to the High Sense Perception (HSP). HSP is a diagnosing technique for spiritual healers, same as the modern medical science utilizing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to obtain image and information in relation to physical conditions and diseases existing in it. HSP (High Sense Perception) is considered as the way to view 'something' outside of the normality of senses. With HSP, spiritual healers are able to see, hear, smell, feel, or touch 'something' that is less normal that can be seen. There is an opinion that HSP refers to clairvoyance, which is an ability to see 'something' without the help of 'normal vision'.

The Meaning of Lintang Kautsar Logo

This logo is constructed with 3 circles:

First Circle

The circle of white 'HU' with black background and black 'HU' with white background contains the meaning of that all things in Islam have literal meanings (written) and spiritual meanings (implied). This also contains a meaning, that each purification should be conducted twice, literal purification and spiritual purification. Literal holiness is useless without spiritual holiness. Both of them should be united to achieve the real holiness. This can be achieved if the conscience and mind are purified from all bad (sataniah) thoughts and desires by keeping it so that Allah is always in the peak of His conscience. Allah sees each of our actions and Allah hears every word we say and Allah knows our minds. If we are able to maintain this state, always be aware of the presence of Allah (breathing aware, directionally aware, praying aware), we will be kept away from sins. After purifying our physical and conscious clothes, we then can be close to Allah. From the analysis of Science of Letter, 'HA' is Hadi = Guidance, having values of 5. This contains a meaning that our guidance as Moslem is Rukun Islam (Earthly Energy). Meanwhile, 'Waw' is 'Wadud' = Love, having value of 6 (six) that means Rukun Iman (Heavenly Energy). When 'Ha' meets 'Waw', therefore, they will form a strength mentioned as the Power of Ikhlas (Power of HU). Ha = Hadi = Hidayah comes from Allah, and Allah is Hu. 'Sang' sends Hidayah to Hadi/guide, which is Sayyidina Muhammad. 

Second Circle

This is the circle of SELF/Micro cosmos, consisting of 4 colors, which are, yellow, red, white, and black. This has a meaning that there are four elements in human, which are, element of earth, fire, and water, in which, these three elements come from 3 letters of MIM existing in the pronunciation of "BisMi Allah ar RahMan ar RahiiM". Meanwhile, 1 (one) other element is "element of air", coming from the letter 'HA' from the pronunciation of "ALLAH". It means that, when this 'element of air/Ha is given to a newly-born baby, therefore, this baby is 'alive', if it is not given this 'element of air', therefore, the baby is born dead/not alive. So, 'Ha' = Hu is the force of life. 

Black = Element of Earth = Desire of Luwamah = NorthBreath, the string of life, spiritual string (the one that locks/binds the spirit) in human body, visually, it has black color; it controls the desire of luwamah (black), which is a destroying and greedy lust. This breath forms skin and flesh; meanwhile, this breath has its entrance door through the mouth and stays in the stomach. This breath also relates to the heart, which is the highest feeling. From this luwamah, it also forms our creation. Luwamah is the heart of life. This breath forms skin and flesh; it is because breath also symbolizes the element that forms human, which is earth, the one forming the shape of human. To activate the creation of black inner is by uniting at the stomach. The angel is Jibril. His authoritative day is Monday. Its pasaran is: Wage.   

Red = Element of Fire = Desire of Anger = SouthAnpas is the place of spirit that visually is red. It has the influence on the desire of anger, anger is the name of life, the entrance doors are ears and it stays in the heart. Anpas is the heart of humiliation, the perfection of feeling, the element that forms human is fire. To activate the creation of the red inner is by uniting in the heart. The angel is Izroil. His authoritative days are Thursday and Saturday. Its pasaran is: Paing. 

Yellow = Element of Wind = Desire of Supiyah = WestTanapas becomes the hearing of spirit in the body that visually it has the color of yellow. It controls the desire of supiyah, which is the desire to have fun, favor, feast or party. This desire of Supiyah (desire of Rank) is the nature of life, this nature of supiyah has its entrance door into the self (micro cosmos/bawana alit) through the nose and it stays in the lungs. Tanapas symbolizes the element that forms human, which is the wind that forms our light that in the physical body forms muscles and bones. Tanapas also relates to the meaningful heart, which is the power of feeling. It is also symbolized as our twin relatives that have power in the West area. To activate the creation of yellow inner is by uniting at the lungs and our breath. The angel is Mikail, his authoritative day is Sunday and its pasaran is Pon.

White = Water = Desire of Mutmainah = EastNupus becomes the sight of spirit, visually, it has the white color and it has the influence on the desire of Mutmainah (desire of purity), which is the desire that favors the clean and pure, bringing the enlightenment to mind, deeds. Its entrance door is through the eyes and it stays in kidneys. It is the element that forms human, which is water. It influences each other at the heart of Fuad, which is the place of the "diminishing" of feelings. In human body, it forms our blood and marrow. Nupus also relates to our white twin relatives that usually exist at the East direction. To activate the creation of white inner at the kidneys is by closing our eyes and going into the uniting creation into the kidneys. The angel is Isrofil. His authoritative day is Wednesday. The pasaran is Legi. 

Third CircleThis is the Circle of Love and Affection. Love and Affection are the Fifth Element of us. Without this fifth element, we look like walking corpses. In other words, we look alive, but actually we are dead. This fifth element, love and affection, we place them at the chakra anahatta. The technique to activate this fifth element will be discussed in a separate section in this manual.

Certification Technique of Lintang Kautsar

The certification technique is conducted through 3 processes: Preparation Process This is the process of purification/preparation of spiritual container to receive divine energy through the technique of Lintang Kautsar. Initiation Process Initiation process is the process of awakening physical and spiritual awareness about him/herself as the most perfect creatures by "opening", which is empowering/activating/awakening all potencies of strength points (senses of awareness) that have been installed in yourself, then, the opening process of our soul/spirit is conducted. The process of opening is the process of Contacting Directly and Individually to the Power of God through the door of Muhammad. In that 'opening' process, the candidate that will experience that procession is suggested to stand relaxingly without any tenses and fear, close both eyes, try not to use heart, mind, and desire but only receiving and following the movements that emerges automatically from the inner self and also to be still patient, trusting, and sincere to be ready to receive the Blessing and Grace of God. The 'opening' process lasts for about 30 minutes. Together with the 'opening' process, the process of purification and receiving take place, indicated by physical movements/thrilling/spontaneous movements/vibrations that should be followed according to what is received. This process should occur naturally and it should not be made, it means, do not do any movements and sound if there is no thrill/physical vibrations that moved by the authority and power of God. If it is allowed to make examples, therefore, this 'opening' process can be compared to "baptism" in Christian or the process of "Syahadat Pledge" in the Islamic process. Thus, the value of "BEING OPENED" is very sacred and should not be misused because there is an implication of surrender in it. Being sincere, succumbed, and surrendered to the power, authority, and will of God. The stages or processes that are experienced when conducting the 'opening' process are: the Purification Process, Illumination or Enlightenment Process, which is the process of deeper spiritual comprehension that awakes from the inside, Surrender Process - the Unification process of the will with the Will of God. The initiation method in Lintang Kautsar is a little bit different to the others, in relation to the Science of Knowing Yourself; it is because, in the initiation process in Lintang Kautsar, before the opening process of soul/spirit, the awakening process of physical strength points (senses of awareness), which are the doors of power (Receiver aerial) to receive all access of energy is conducted beforehand, which then, it is processed by the soul and is kept in the "Spiritual Heart" (Qolb).

We are overwhelmed by so many obstacles/hindrances, both that can bee seen and unable to be seen, therefore, what we mention as initiation is a process of opening the gate of Wisdom and let it flow out to this world to bless the world; thus also similar to the opening of what we mention as the Real Self. Initiation means you reconnect to the Authoritative Power of God in you yourself. To reconnect you to the Authoritative Power of God existing in you. This is like an electrician; there is wire, there is a lamp, but there is no light. Then, the electrician fixes them all. And there is light. He connects the lamp to electrical source and the light is produced. Initiation means, it occurs when you want to know the Kingdom of God inside of ourselves sincerely, the greatness of ourselves, the Legacy of Our Wisdom. Because all of us have it in ourselves, you just forget that you have it and do not know where the button to turn it on is. And because the button is unable to be seen, therefore, it should be conducted in a 'can be seen' manner in ourselves. Therefore, when initiation process takes place, experienced partner or guide will help you to switch and open the button. From there, you enter the circle of Para Suci and then you know your Wisdom. And when the button is pressed to open that Wisdom, there is a sign like the coming of light or the sound of heavenly music. That is the sign of the Kingdom of God is being opened inside of you.
